1. Enrollment
Enrollment in any course is considered final once payment is successfully completed. By enrolling, you agree to this refund policy.
2. Student Cancellation
- No refund once the course or batch has commenced.
- Refund requests may be considered for medical emergencies (with proof).
3. Institute Cancellation
If a course is cancelled by the institute, students are entitled to a full refund or transfer to another batch at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via email or phone.
- Requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
5. Transfers
Course transfers may be allowed before batch commencement, subject to availability and administrative approval.
